I made a nice video tutorial so you can see the coloring process of this background,

 with the stamp of Mo's Digital Pencil.

Dog: E31, E33, E35.

Rabbit: N3, Blender 0, R00, C1, C3, E93.

Hair: E44, E42, E40, E41.

Skin: E02, E000, E00, E11.

Shoes: W3, W1, W5, R85, R83.

Stockings: V20, V25, RV32, RV35.

Skirt: B91, B95, B93.

Tshirts: BV00, BV000, BV02 // BV29, BV25, BV23.
