Twinkle, twinkle, little star...

Hi everyone!

Friends from us just had twins and they are boys. We're going to the babyparty sunday, so I had to make a card for them.
I rencently bought some stamps by Stampin' Up including this "Moon Baby" stampset and I thought this was the perfect time to make a card for the twins.

I've started by stamping the rubberstamp with some Memento ink on Neenah cardstock by Crafter's Companion. Then I drew some puffy clouds using C1 and I added some depth with my C3 marker.

Then it's time to fill in the spaces between the clouds using the darkest blue marker B00.

And now fill in the rest of the space using the B000 marker and the background is ready!

I've started to colour the boys and their umbrella. I always start with the darkest colours and end with the lightest colour.

You can see how I coloured the other boy too. I choosed for orange.

I thought it's more fun when the umbrella's have some dots on them, so I drew them with my Copic Opaque White pot.
When it's finished I've distressed the borders with some blue Distress Ink. So the card stands more on it's own. Ofcourse I've added some sparkly stars.

Here you can see the sparkle of the stars.

Here are the colours that I've used:
skin: E11, E00, E000, R20
hair: E37, E34, E31
orange: E08, YR07, YR04, YR02, YR00
purple: V09, V17, V15, V12
clouds: C1, C3
sky: B00, B000

Thank you for stopping by,
Deborah

Made with love

Hello everybody!

Its time for me, Christina, to show you some inspiration here at Copic Europe this lazy Sunday.

I have made a baby card for a friend who is attending a baby shower today. Baby showers are not that common in Sweden, not yet, but I think it's a great way to celebrate the mother and to shower her with gifts and to pamper her all day long!

The card - I used this cutie from hÄnglar & stÄnglar. I'm so glad I got a hold of these stamps. I just love to color them. And I have used some favourite markers - the RVs.

Isn't she adorable? The sentiment says "made with love". I think it works well with the occasion.

I have used the following markers

Clothes RV97-95-93-91
Skin E13-11-21-00-000-R11-20
Hair E29-25-23
Ground E77-74-71-70

That's all from me this time! Until next time - have a wonderful Sunday and a lovely Easter..

Baby girl

Hello!
This is Christina from Sweden and I´m new here at Copic Marker Europe. I´m already a dt-member for the Swedish Copic designteam and I´m loving it. Copiccoloring is a way of life.

Now for my first project for Copic Marker Europe. I have made a babycard, for a newborn girl and I have used this cute stamp from hÄnglar &stÄnglar. I just love to do CAS cards and this is no exeption.

I´m so happy that I got hold of this stamp. The soft pink papers are from Gummiapan and so is the text, it says "Welcome to the world" in Swedish.

I have kept the card in soft pink colors and I have used some of my favorite Copics.

Copics I have used

Skin E11-21-00-000-R11-20
Hair E51-53-23
Pink RV(97)-95-93-91
Ground W5-3-2-1

RV97 is a pen I have made myself by blending RV99 and RV91 in an empty pen. It´s a bit tricky but worth it.

That´s all from me this time! Have a wonderful day!

Baby Treasure Box

Hello everyone, Vili's here with my first Baby Trasure box!

I made a box for my best friend's baby, who was born 18 years after her bigger child! At the moment she is experiencing motherhood in a whole new and romantic way and she wants to keep every minute as long as she can. I myself keep many baby items that once belonged to my daughters - I keep some tiny clothes, the first baby shoes, the first hat, the first lock of baby hair, and even a dummy. This box is intended exactly for the storage of such precious memories.

I chose Mo's Baby and Bunny and coloured it with great pleasure.

The fluffy blanket is my favourite. I made it, the teddy rabbit and the background using dot technique, which is really suitable for fluffy objects and washed-out backgrounds:

The box's caption is Kosyo's Treasures:

These are the boxes where the first lock of hair, the navel clip and the bracelet from the maternity hospital will be stored:

Copics used:
Skin: E00, E50, E51, E53, R32, E93
Hair: E53, E55, E57, E79
Rabbit: E30, E31, E33, E35, E37, E79
Blanket: B32, B34, B37, B39
Background: Е40, Е41, Е42, Е43

Papers: Vintage Baby-Maja Design
Dies: Baby Bottles-Memory Box, Baby Boys Clothes-CottageCutz
Stamp:  Baby and Bunny-Mo's Digital Pencil

Have a lovely day and thanks for stopping by!

Coloring Letters

Hi everyone,

It's Sarit here.....
Today I want to show you a fun way to practice on your feathering blending.

I start with drawing the letters I want to color. I wrote the word "baby"
When I'm o.k. with the result, I go over it with Copic Multi Liner
here I used 0.5
Choosing the colors..... sometimes its takes lots of time.......
One important thing! try the colors on a piece of paper before you start to color
If something doesn't blend well try a different combo.
Arrange the colors by the coloring order in front of me, that way I cant make lots of mistakes
Now I start to work from blue on top until I get to the yellow in the bottom of the letter.
Here is the finish card... (its fun to write a name and color it that way)

                                                           Markers Used...
B28, B24, B14, B02, BG13, YG07, YG05, YG11, YG01, Y02
On the letter "Y" I add Y04 & Y06
Around the letters I used: BV31, C3, C0,C00 & 0
Distress ink

Hope you like it.
Hugs, Sarit

For a new baby boy

Hello copic friends,

Elizabeth here today to give you copic inspiration from Norway. I made a card for a new baby boy. I love this Mo Manning image, you can use it for so many occasions, and I decided it could be a boy or a girl, depending on the colors used.

The colors are neutral so I could go either way... this time it's a boy!
I used Pion Design papers and some sweet newborn charms and sentiments. Pretty simple decoration really. Dies by Magnolia, Spellbinders and Memorybox. Flowers by WOC and Kort og Godt.

The image is Baby Fairy with Ladybug digi from Mo's Digital Pencil.
Copics used:
Skin: E13-11-21-000, E93, W5
Wings and clothes: W7-3-1-00
Hair: E44-43-41-40
Ladybug: E18-R27-24-22
Ground: W5-3-1-00

Here's the inside of the card with a couple of sentiments about the newborn baby.

Hope you like it!
See you next time,
have a wonderful week!

Hugs,
Elizabeth
