Hi Everyone :)
It's Faye here today... Every once in a while, I like to push myself to colour a little more than just an image. I like to combine images and make a scene. Admittedly, I sometimes need help creating a digital scene, my eye for sizing is not good, and I'm not as familiar with the newer versions of Word! But, I like to play...
Don't be put off by scenes, I know I was before I tried one for the first time, it felt intimidating! So, I thought I'd show you that by breaking down a scene into more manageable chunks, they're really not scary at all. I have combined two images from Make it Crafty, Park Bench for Two and Flower Tree Branch with two Polka Dot Pals from Little Miss Muffet Stamps, Brooke, on the left and Danielle, on the right.
1. Skin
Brooke; E50, E51, E21, E11, E71, Danielle; E000, E00, E01, E11, E71
2. Sky
BG70, B41, B93
3. Ground and Pebbles
E41, E42, E43, E44, W3, W5, W7
4. The Green Stuff!
BG93, BG95, BG99, G43, G46, G99, YG03, YG17, YG67
5. Branch and Bench
E31, E33, W5, W5, R01, R21, Y38, YG03, YG63
6. Hair
Brooke; YR23, E33, E39, Danielle; E97, E99, E17, E18
7. Clothes for Danielle
T0, T1, BG53, BG57, BG78
8. Clothes for Brooke
Y00, Y11, Y13, Y15, R81, R83, R85, R39
That just leaves the flowers...
V20, V25, Y35, B26
After all that colouring, I decided to keep my scene in my Journal...
See, when you break the scene down, it's really not so daunting after all.
Thanks so much for stopping by... have a lovely day.
Faye x
