Brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Hi Everyone, it's Sarit here today :)

Brrrrrrrr……. Its cold outside…….. My Christmas cards are almost done. Today, I'm sharing a card I made for a friend. On this card I used the Skater Wryn Digi Stamp from Tiddly Inks.

I know it's not the usual Christmas colours, I want it to be a bit different. I chose the BG family for the hair, I wanted it to be light and breezy and used light colours. On the face I used my usual face colours, but this time I didn’t take the dark colours so "far" just a tiny bit to emphasize the shadow.

I used acetate for the front and attached the image on it. On the hat and sleeves I added Aileen's true snow (love it!)

Here are the Copics I used...

Face: E000, E00, E21, E93
Hair: BG10, BG11, BG32, BG13
Hat: N0, N2, N1, N0
Dress: YR61, YR63, YR68
Gloves: BV00, BV02
Skates: N0,N1,N3,N4
Silver Pen
Aileen's True Snow

Thanks for stopping by.

 Big hugs

Love You Slow Much Card

Good Morning everyone!
this is Sarit this time with some coloring .

when I saw this cute stamp, I just knew that i have to get it.
I don't know how you choose a stamp, but when I want to spoil myself with a new stamp, (and it happened almost everyday. Am I addicted? naaaa) I look at  a stamp to see if I can use it for birthday, cheer-up, or any other occasion.

This tine I choose Love You Slow Much from Wee Stamps. isn't it cute?

Starting to color......... but what colors should I choose?                                             This is a big challenge for me almost every time.
The best thing about coloring is that you can color the same stamp over and over
and each time it will look differently.

My focus point is the snail so I started with him.

I choose one of my favorite way to pickup color. I ask my little daughter to choose for me the Color family , its a real fun !!!!

like the hair..... pink wasn't my first choice of coloring hair.

sometimes we tend to choose the same colors over and over again and we afraid to color with other colors. this way I have the opportunity to use colors that I use less

to give the shell more dimension I cover it with Dimensional glase. (you can see the shine?)

Copic Used:

Skin: YR000, YR00,E11,E04,E93
Hair & Shoes: RV32, RV34, RV66, RV69
Flowers on the hair: BG11, BG15
Dress: Y11, Y13, Y15, Y19, B60, B63
Wings: C00, C0, C1, C3
Socks: B60, B63

Snail: G000, G00, G02, G03, G07
Nose: E23, E27

Hello Friend Card

Hi Everyone Sarit is here.
Today I want to share with you a card I made for a friend.

usually when I print a digi stamp i use the copic paper as my background
This time i wanted to cut the image and add it to my card

I used one of my favorite digi stamp, Angel among Us from Mo Manning.
its an easy image to trace with scissors.

One of the "advantages" when you cut out a colored image is that if you by accident color outside the line. like the hair for example its o.k.

don't be upset if things like that happened.

You still can use the image for a card.
just  cut around the image and add it to a card.

(this time I colored inside the line..... I did)

This time I wanted to try a new hair color combo

Love the look of using the YR family as a base with the E family

The sentiment made by computer.

Color Used:
Hair: YR27, E35, E37, E39, E29
Body: E000, E00, E21, E11, E04, R20
Eyes: YG61
Shirt: R24, R27, R29, R59
Pants: B91, B93, B95, B97
Shoes: YG93, YG97, N0, N1, N3, N4

Hope you liked the card

wish you a beautiful day!

Make a Wish Birthday card

Good Morning everyone, Sarit's is here and I am happy to share with you a birthday card I made.

My friend love blue colors, so I wanted the girl clothing to be with blue colors.
this time I choose the background paper first.
from there I picked the colors.

After coloring the body and the hair,
I took the closest blue color that could mach the background for the skirt

The red shoes was also influences from the background paper

Sometimes its fun to pick up the background paper before.
for those of us who have hard time to choose colors
it makes it so easy.

Marker Used:

Face: E000, E00, E21, E13, R20
Hair: YR12, YR14, YR27, E07, E09
Skirt: B91, B93, B95, B97
Shirt: G0000, G000, G00, G02, RV55
Shoes: R27, R59, C1, C3
Earth: E70, E71, E74

Hope I gave you another idea
have a wonderful day

Frog Tag

Good morning everyone!!!
this is Sarit, and I am so happy to be here today
with Beach baby Jayme digi stamp tag
this beautiful free digi stamp was made have a special story behind it.
it was made by Whimsy Stamp especially for Jayme.
in 2010 Jayme was diagnosed with terminal lung cancer and her sister Lisa hold a special event to help brighten the remainder of the time she has left.

I love to color it and use it again and again.
this time I made it as a tag.

I colored the frog with olive greens (from the YG family) and for the texture on the skin I didn't use the blender as it wouldn't give a realistic look.
for more realistic look I used a lighter color from the same family

Marker Used.....

Body: YG93, YG95, YG97, YG11
Lips: R22
Swimsuit: YR01, YR02, YR04
B24, B28
RV13, RV14

Ready to read and relax

Good morning everyone! It's Sarit here.

Just came home after 2 amazing weeks in Cuba!!!
OH, What a beautiful place, it's like going back in time….

Since I had a LONG flight I took with me books to read, the only thing I need to add are bookmarks to my books.
I made 2.

here is the first one

I love nature and wanted to make a bookmark with quote in it.

The leaves pic I took from Wikipedia when I search for leaves.

Wanted to give the copics  look like water colors effect.

I used the following colors: BG09, BG49, BG45, BG32, G43, YG01, YR31, YR21, YR24
Started from the middle to the sides. (I wrote the colors in the order I used them)

For the background I used: E71, W3, W1, W0, and blender to soften it.

For my second bookmark I used fairy sleepy digi stamp from Mo Manning.
I wanted to give it a magical touch, so I add a magical quote and started to color the little cute angel.

Here are the colors I used:
Skin:  E000 E00 YR000 R20 E11
Hair:  E21, E11, E13, E15, E18
Wings: B26, BG15, BG34, YG11, YG03, YG06 + stardust stikless
Grass: YG93, YG97

I had so much fun doing them. it will a beautiful addition to a book gift

See you next time

Let's dance

Hello Everyone,
My name is Sarit Sabbag and I'm from Israel.
I feel excited and honored to join these talented ladies.
When I was a kid whenever I was asked "what do you want to do when you're grow up" my answer was "to work at Disney, coloring all those cartoon images" why do I tell you this???
Because for my first entry I decided to combine these two things I love, Cartoon images and Copic.

I used the image "Dancing and flowing" from the talented artist Sabine Rich the image looks a lot like Disney characters
For the skin I wanted to try a new combo. E50, E30, E11 and for the cast shadow I used V93.

I wanted the girl to be with presents, so I decide to color her hair with rich colors. I did the hair with flicks motion going from light to dark, with lots of flicks… (Believe me when I say LOTS of flicks)
For the dress I choose the YG family because they go together with the hair.

I had super fun coloring her.
Here are the copics I used:
Skin: E50, E30, E11, V93
Dress: YG93, YG95, YG97, YG99, G99, Y19, YR12
Hair: YR14, YR27, E15, E18, E39
Eyes: B04
Lips: R37
Bracelet: B41, B45
Hope it inspire you to try coloring other images.

                                                                                 Big Hugs
