Steammachine and Gears

Hello dear Copic Fans,
This is Barbara/Kreativmonster for you with one more card made with the Copic Airbrush-system.
I am quite hooked on the Airbrush lately, it is so versatile! Here I used different techniques to create the background.
I sprayed a layer of BG72 and W4 first, than added some BG75 and W6. In the end I added some sprays of BG78 and W8 using the marker  brush-nip first in the airgrip.
Then I sprayed some activator onto my gear-stamps and pressed them onto the surface. That is how the white light coloured gear are created.

Then I applied some colour directly onto the stamp, sprayed some activator onto the paper and pressed the stamp there. All these techniques are subject of our "Special Techniques 3"-class of the ECCP.
This way, you can create a unique background with exactly the colours you want use  -
 fantastic, isn't it?

 I used
BG72, BG75, BG78, W4, W6 and W8

My card is perfect for most of my male family members or friends!
Big Hugs

From your little monster...

Hello!
My card today for the Copic Europe blog is a little different.
Sometimes I need to paint something different, unusual, not another card with pretty girl stamp.
I miss Halloween, witches and monsters (all have a bit of this in us) ... Ok, some people a little more ...

The beauty is found in the heart of who looks.
This stamp from Mo's Digital Pencil is not one of her sweet images, but it is still nice, if we look good.

My Copic colors:
Hair: BG49, B00, B01, BG04.
Skin: V000, V01, V13, V91.
Tail: BV00, BV01, BV02.
Dress: BG49, BG02, B02, B00, B000.
Bones: W1, E40.
Dandelion: E50, Y21, YR21.
Blackground: BG0000, BG000.

See you soon, kisses!

Video Tutorial on Colouring a Vase of Flowers

Hi Everyone,

I have a new camcorder and this was my video using it.  The video shows how I colour the glass vase to look like it has water in and give it some dimension.  I hope you enjoy it. I apologise or any shadowing when I'm colouring but I forgot to turn the light to my left on :(

Here's the finished card.

Police Alert

Hello dear Copic friends!
This is Kathrin here today with a new creation using the fabulous Copic Markers.

For this post I made a man project. We all love cute cards with lots of embellishments but well, these are usually not what the men in our lives love to get. So when one of my co-workers had to leave for a class of 2 years we gave him this as his farewell gift.

It's called a school cone and usually german kids get one of these - just quite bigger - for their very first day of school, filled with candies and little gifts.

I used a Kenny K Digi-Image on this one and used the real colors the dresses of the bavarian policemen are wearing.

I love the cool and strong look this digi has.
It took me quite a while and some mixing of different colors to get them look real. But that's the great thing about Copics - mixing and layering makes everything possible.
Behind the image I put a patch shaped label that was only glued down at the middle, so the image gets a darker background to pop out more and also is able to get attached flat. I wouldn't have loved to have to wrap around him around the cone...

The rest of the cone has been decorated with little cut out guns and hand cuffs.

These are the Copics that I used to color this digi in:

Skin: E13, E11, E51, E30, E000
Trousers: E87, E81, YG91
Shirt: Y28, E31, Y21
Shoes, Belt etc: 100, T7, T5, T3, T1
Hat: C4, C1, C00
Green Patch: YG97, YG95, YG91
Golden accessoires on the hat: YR24, Y17, Y13, Y00
Hair: YR23, Y21, Y00

Have a great and sunny spring day everyone!

Narwhal Love ♥

Hello Hello, me again Copic lovers!
Franz from Italy with a new image totally coloured with my copics.
I've a lovely Saturated Canary image called "Narwhal Love", I swear (poor me!), I've never seen this lovely animal before! So I googled it and I found lots of images and I found him too cute!
I used the no lines technique, I've lot of fun with it and I think it fits very well to Krista's images.

The tip I can tell you about no lines colouring is always starting with the face and draw the eyes of the character with a copic multiliner (I use a 0,05) and having the same character normally printed out or on your pc video to see the lines and follow them better :)

The papers I used for my card are from Maja Design and My Mind's Eye, all the embellishments are from The Ribbon Girl.

Here is the complete list of Copics markers I've used:

 Skin:
 E0000-E000-E00-E11-E13
+R20 and prismacolor pencil for cheecks;

 Hair/Shoew:
  E00-E13-E15-E18-E29;
Eyes:
Multiliner Black 0,05;

Lips:
R20-R81-R83-R85;

Outfit:
White: W1-W3
Pink: RV000-RV10-RV000-R81-R83-R85-R89
Green: G12-G24-G67
Blue-Violet: BV000-BV00-BV01-BV02-BV04;

Narwhal:
BG000-BG01-BG05-Y11-Y000-Y15-Y23;

Floor:
0-E40-E70-E71-E74.
Let's try the no lines colouring technique!
thanks for stopping by, speak soon :)
Franz.

Sagittariuns Tilda

 Hello Copic-Friends!

Today I'm back at the row to show you a new inspiration with the Copic Markers. Today I have brought you a new motive of Magnolia. It is Sagrittarius Tilda and is from the brand new Zodiac Collection. The paper is also from Magnolia. It comes from the With Love Collection.

In this coloration I have made a small change to the color of the skin. Instead of E13 as the darkest shade I have taken this time E4. I think this is also very nice. What do you think? Scroll down for all colors

Thinking of you

Hello all !
I'm Sandra I'm from Italy , and it is a great joy for me publish my first post today for Copic Marker Europe .
For my first project I chose "Hairy Situation" a Satured Canary digital Stamp.
It's been a while that I was thinking of coloring this sweet little girl with long hair.
When I received the email that I became part of the DT CME (WOW!!) I decide that would be the perfect opportunity.
As all of us Copic lover knows,  hair coloring is the harder challenge , but the most funny and relaxing also.
Then I said ... come on let's start!
I have chosen to color the hair with mahogany-brown shadow.
I really like this shades for hair, personally I find that are the ones that make at the best the natural color hair .
I  start with the left side of the hair paying close attention and proceeding calmly.
Little by little, my stamp took shape and once I got the hair  that satisfied me, I go with the clothes. The subject of the stamp is a very young and cheerful girl, so I used the classic jeans and red shades that are well suited to her.
To make the card I used a Core'dination Cardstock from Tim Holtz and My Mind's Eye pattern paper.

Copic used:
Hair: E19-18-15-13-11-00
Skin:E 0000-000-00-93
Trousers: B95-93-91
TShirt: R 29-24-22-20
Eyes:G 000-03-05
Background : W0 -1

I hope you enjoyed my project, I thank you for  following

Among the lies you tell me…

Hello dear all Copic friends,
It’s Cinzia here today to share  with you the  new card  I made for Copic Marker Europe blog.
For this work I used a Saturated Canary image by Christa Smith -  I don’t remember the name -  and for the sentiment I translate a sentence ( thanks to Gina Knott for the support) that the last summer was very famous in Italy, you could find it everywere on shirts and bags , there were some facebook profiles and so on.
I think  it’s very wit and humorous and  for me it  matches perfectly with Christa’s image so I merged them.

Here is a close up of the colored image:

Copic  Markers:

Skin: E0000, E11, R00, R000, R20
Hair: E70, E71, E74, E79

Boots: BV000, BV00, BV01, BV02
Stockings: R000, R00, R02

Thanks for dropping by and  visit me today and for your lovely comments.
Enjoy the rest of the week!!!  J

Lisbeth with Bird

Hi Everyone,

I have another Little Darlings image to share with you.  Again this was made for CHA at the end of last year when I was struggling to colour with the RSI in my arm, so not my best.  Also, a very clean and simple card for me, lol.

The image is called Lisbeth with Bird and the sentiment added to the little die cut clouds is from the vintage sentiment set Release 1, Vintage Birthday.  The backing paper is from the Petals and Lace 6 x 6 paper pad.

The shape was made using Go Kreate Dies, love these.

This is the first time I have used the cloud die, can't believe I bought it and had forgotten about it, lol.

Copics Used:-
Skin E00, E000, E11, Blush R20
Browns E25, E31, E50, E47
Reds R32, R35, R37, R59
