Let the sunshine in your heart

Hello everyone!
This is Kathrin here today, sharing a quite clean card with you...
I am working on finishing my new craft room and we also went to Italy for a few days. And as always, getting back to the craft table after quite some time is always hard for me. The more if you have to search for everything because you have no idea yet where everything is put. LOL So, my card is kind of clean - maybe also because I printed the image a bit too big.

Well, I guess we all complained a lot about the weather lately. So instead of waiting for a few sunny and warm days I just went ahead and brought spring into my craft room by making a sunny card.

This cute image is called Baby Fairy Butterfly 2 and is a brand new one by Mo Manning.
She's just adorable - and I had to have her!
I was thinking of a brimstone butterfly when coloring her up, but then I decided just plain yellow wings would be too boring and I brought in some blue as well.
For the background I used a green-blue combo so it would still have enough of difference in color from the wings.

Here's a close up of the colored image:

To bring out those cute cheaks a little more I used the Opaque White and made a few dots.

For the coloring I went with:

Skin: E13, E11, E51, E30, E000, E0000
R20, R22
Wings and skirt: Y18, Y02, Y00, Y0000
B04, BG02, B00, B0000
Hair: E29, E99, YR24, Y21, Y00
Background: YG41, BG10

So, just look at this cutie and let the sun into your heart!
Enjoy this day!
