Sepia Bookmark

Hello everyone! It's Delphine here today to share a simple bookmark, with a vintage feel to it. To create my bookmark, I used the cute Mayleedee stamp by Paperbabe Stamps. I stamped her in Memento Tuxedo Black and then die cut my image with an MFT die.

To colour Mayleedee, I used only W Copic Markers. I started by colouring the skin, using W00, 0, 1, 3 and coloured her clothes and hair using W5, 7, 9 to create some contrast. For a more vintage look, I then used Distress Inks (Antique Linen and Vintage Photo), putting the image back in my die, as you can see below. 

As a final touch, I added 2 little butterflies in Sepia Archival Ink and a Prima sentiment that seemed perfect with the look in Mayleedee's eyes. And to me, reading is about dreaming and escaping - a perfect little bookmark for myself!

A Sepia Card

Today I want to show you another Sepia Card.  You may remember the video I posted a few weeks ago showing how I colour my Sepia images, if not you can find it HERE.
Heute möchte ich euch noch eine Sepia-Karte zeigen. Vielleicht erinnert ihr euch an das Video, in dem ich euch vor ein paar Wochen gezeigt habe, wie ich meine Sepia-Motive coloriere, wenn nicht könnt ihr es HIER finden.

This time I used a super Digital Image from Saturated Canary called Nevaeh.  I've used to same colours for this image as I used before:
Dieses Mal habe ich ein tolles digitales Motiv namens Nevaeh von  Saturated Canary verwendet. Ich habe wieder diegleichen Farben für die Coloration des Motivs benutzt wie beim letzten Mal:


Skin/Haut - E50, E51 and E53
Hair/Haare - E31, E50 and E55
Clothes/Kleidung - E40, E41, E43 and E44

Sepia Tones with Copic Markers / Sepia-Töne mit Copics

I’ve made a video to show you how I colour images using Sepia Tones.
Ich habe ein Video gemacht um Euch zu zeigen, wie ich Motive in Sepia-Tönen coloriere.

When I colour Sepia Tones I like to use the following Markers:
Für die Coloration in Sepia-Tönen verwende ich gerne diese Marker:

Faces/Gesicht – E50, E51, E53

Hair/Haare – E50, E31, E55

Clothes/Kleidung – E40, E41, E43, E44

Of course, it is also fun to experiment with other E numbered markers to find the shades that you like.  This selection is just my favourite.
Natürlich macht es sehr viel Spaß, auch mit anderen E-Markern zu experimentieren und die eigenen Lieblingstöne zu finden. Die hier aufgeführten sind nur meine Favoriten.
