It's a beautiful day

Hi everyone.

Hope that you are enjoying the summer.
This time I have a lovely stamp; Big Sexy Bloom from Power Poppy.

I have used the Stamping tool from Vaessen to stamp on Perfect Colouring Paper with Fadeout Ink from Inkon3 for a no line effect.

I forgot to take pictures from colouring the first flower, sorry about that...

The colours I have used are BV13, YR07, YR16 and Y17.

I use the first colour, BV13, to give shade to the petals.

Then I go over this colour with my second colour YG07, to blend these 2 colours together.

My third colour is YR16, this goes a little bit over the YR07 and a little bit further.

And with my fourth colour, Y17,  I colour the rest of the petal.

I repeated this for all the flowers.
When I finished colouring, I put the image on a black, orange and white cardstock mat and added a sentiment with the new Washit ape from Studio light.

I hope you will  have an awesome month of august!
See you next time!

Create beautiful craft with a smile

Hello everyone,

I made a journal page with the Various Ink, Transotype Synthetic Paper and a stencil.

I taped my synthetic paper to my glass plate, you can also use a craft sheet.

Then I taped my stencil over my paper, I used a TCW stencil 12 x 12.

My first colour that I used is RV29, I dripped it in different holes of the stencil.

Then I took my second colour, Y17, and dripped it other holes of the stencil.

My third colour is R46, I dripped it in the holes without any colour.

Then I set it aside to dry, that takes a half hour to an hour.

After it's dried, I doodle around the images coloured "holes" with Molotow one4all acrylic markers, I used a white and yellow one.

I also used a silver colored Posca Pen.

My page is completed and the only thing missing is a text.
I used a new die of Studio light, with different words.

Various Ink colours used RV29 - Y17 - R46.

I hope that I have inspired you to use your Copic Various Ink a different way!
Have a great day!

Hugs,
Cordine

Copic Markers on Transotype Synthetic Paper

Hello everyone.

Today I will give you another way to use your Copic Markers.
I use the Transotype Synthetic Paper for this.

For this technique I use :
2 colours of Copic Markers
The Activator
A blending tool with felt
half of a sheet Transotype Synthetic Paper
Acrylic stamping block

I use the chisel nib of the Copic marker, so my brush nib isn't going to be damaged.
Put the 2 colours on your acrylic stamping block, I used a large one.

Then you spray the activator on your colors so they get liquid again, work fast because it will evaporate quickly.

You lay your Transotype Synthetic Paper on your acrylic block with the colours and move your paper around in the liquid.

When you are happy with the result, I repeated this 3 times before I was happy with the result

Then I went to my blending tool with felt. Using my chisel nib again I put some colour on the felt, sprayed the Activator on the felt and with circular motion put the colour on my paper.
I repeated this until I was happy with the result.

Here is a collage of the prints i made.
On my finished paper I stamped using a stamping tool and black Stazon ink flowers from Polkadoodles.

I also stamped the flowers on a sheet of Perfect Coloring Paper with Memento ink and coloured the flowers with my Copic Markers, cut them out and glued them on my already stamped paper.

For the background I used several different stamps and a white Molotow one4all acrylic marker.

I hope I have inspired you to use your Copic marker differently and see you next time!

"Love Life" Stamping with Copic Markers

Hello everyone,

I'm Cordine and this is my first post as DT member of Copic Marker Europe.

In October 2018 we have had a Copic Convention in Wiesbaden. I became a Copic Instructor for Belgium. Before you became an Instructor you have to teach a class for your fellow Instructors. This was my class and I want to teach you also another way you can use your Copic Markers.

For this technique I use Aquarell Fontaine from Clairefontaine, but you can use any kind of aquarell paper.

Why aquarell paper? Because it stays longer wet.

I also use a stamp easy tool, I can't live without it anymore...
I use the Penny black brushstroke clingstamp, this one is called "Pop pop poppy".

I placed my paper and stamp in the stamp easy tool.

Then I coloured directly on my stamp.
First the flowers with R59-R29-R24-R20

Then the leaves with YG67 and YG63

Next step is to spray the paper with Activator Solution, just enough, not too wet and not t0o dry..

Don't wait to long before you close your stamping tool.

Press down well, with a little pressure.

And this is my result.

And this is the card I made with it.

Copics:
Activator Spray
Flower: R59-R29-R24-R20
Leaves : YG67-YG63

Have a great day!
