Hello Copic lovers!
Kathrin here again with a card to share with you.
And, well, I have to admit it: it's another christmassy one. ;)
It's an image by Magnolia that I used, called "Peaceful Tilda". I wanted the image to pop so I colored this in and went with only tones of white for the rest of the card.
I added some feathers and doilies and cheesecloth and lace for a soft touch, that goes great with this image.
The german saying is by Whiff Of Joy and means "peace on earth and in our hearts". I thought it was the perfect one for this image.
The image itself has been layered with some dark blue cardstock to make it pop even more.
I added some yellow to the areas, where the candlelight is shining on the image and kept the other areas darker, adding some grey to the darkest areas.
The shadow around the image was made using chalks - these give just the perfect illusion of a dull background.
Coloring was done using these Copics:
Skin: E13, E11, E51, E30, E000
Cheeks: R32, R00
Hair: E49, E44, E42, E40
Flowers: YR24, Y35, YR21, YR31
Basket: E49, E44, E42
Dress:
B00, B000, B0000, W5
Candle: W3, W1,
Wings: C5, C3, C1, C00
Candlelight: YR21, YR31
So, have a peaceful day everyone!

ReplyDeleteDie Koloration ist echt eine Meister-Leistung einfach perfekt.
Würde mir ein Tutorial wünschen wie man den Lichteinfall auf eine Person (diesmal Tilda) coloriert!
